Description

STRATEGIES FOR ATTRACTING, MOTIVATING, and RETAINING KEY PEOPLE

Today's workplaces are more diversified than ever, with several channels available for reaching talented people. A single recruiting strategy is no longer effective for attracting key employees, while simply hiring new team members is no longer all you need for retaining them long-term.

Research shows that money is not the most important motivator for today's employees. Instead, to attract, motivate, and retain key people, we need to be more targeted and customized in our approaches.

As the job market continues to improve, now is the time to learn how best to nurture, develop, and employ a more personal approach to keep your star performers.
